Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: October 18, 2025

At That Too, our core mission is to create a world that is softer and more accommodating for all. This commitment to inclusivity extends to our digital presence and our physical interactions. We believe that everyone should be able to access our services, information, and community without barriers.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

That Too is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and, in doing so, adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.

  • Standards: We aim to conform to the internationally recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

  • Continuous Improvement: While we strive to adhere to these standards, we recognize that perfection is an ongoing goal. We regularly audit our website and make necessary adjustments to ensure a smooth and inclusive user experience.

Accessibility arrangements

When meeting clients in person to discuss commissions, measurements, or materials, we are committed to ensuring the meeting location itself does not create a barrier to service.

  • Accessible Locations: We actively seek and prioritize meeting locations—such as public spaces, co-working facilities, or other meeting venues—that meet basic standards for physical accessibility.

  • Accommodation: If you have specific accessibility requirements for a meeting, please notify us in advance. We will work with you to find or arrange an alternative location that meets your needs.

Requests, issues, and suggestions
